Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NavlePro—the website at navlepro.com, our study platform, and any related services (together, the “Service”). NavlePro is operated by [legal entity name & registered address — to be set] (“NavlePro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. NavlePro is intended for veterinary graduates and students preparing for veterinary licensing examinations. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
3. Your account
You access the Service through a sign-in provider (for example, Google or a one-time passcode). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. One account is intended for one person; you may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
4. Beta & changes to the Service
NavlePro is currently offered as a free, pre-launch/beta service while we build and refine the product. During this period the Service is provided “as is,” features may change, be added, or be removed, and content is still being expanded and reviewed. We may introduce paid plans in the future; any pricing will be communicated clearly before it applies to you. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our questions, lessons, explanations, or other content;
- share your account or provide access to the Service to people who have not agreed to these Terms;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except as permitted by our robots directives;
- attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service;
- upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that support it; or
- use the Service to cheat on, or to reproduce the contents of, any actual licensing examination.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and all content we provide—including question banks, case walkthroughs, lessons, explanations, illustrations, the NavlePro name, logo, and design—are owned by NavlePro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content solely for your own exam preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.
7. No affiliation & no guarantee of results
NavlePro is an independent exam-preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the International Council for Veterinary Assessment (ICVA), the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB), the ECFVG, PAVE, or any veterinary licensing or accreditation body. The NAVLE and other exam names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We do not guarantee any particular examination score, pass result, licensure outcome, or eligibility. Your results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing in the Service is a promise or warranty that you will pass any exam or obtain any licence.
8. Educational content, not clinical advice
Content on NavlePro is provided for exam-preparation and educational purposes only. It is not veterinary, medical, or professional advice, and it must not be relied upon to diagnose or treat any animal or to make clinical decisions. Always exercise independent professional judgement and follow current, authoritative clinical sources and applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NavlePro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or exam or licensure outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or [a nominal cap amount — to be set with counsel].
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your licence to use the content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law—will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — e.g. India / a specific state — to be set by Shankar], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in [venue — to be set] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law grants you rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
